What is a Plugin?
A VoiceOne plugin is a file that contains macros and/or applications. This file can be loaded on the system through the administration interface of the PBX in the "Applications" > "Plugins". Once loaded simply activate it by clicking on the link in order to have the new macros and applications available. These resources, including macros, allow you to quickly and conveniently manage the actions taken by the system in the management of incoming calls, IVRs and phone codes that trigger functionalities (applications) like the access into the voice mailbox or the setting of call forwarding. VoiceOne contains a plugin installed that provides the basic functionalities, such as macro to forward calls to an extension (incoming-call-to-extension), to a group (incoming-call-to-group), etc…But how can I send the call to an extension? And if that extension doesn't answer after a few seconds, how can I alert a group of phones? To do this you need to create a macro, and describe the desired behavior with the syntax of the Asterisk dialplan. You are not able to do so? You are not familiar with this language? No problem, you can search the plugins below that contains the macro you need, load it on your VoiceOne and activate it. The macro will be available to use it, and eventually modified by you. Incoming Call to Extensions SequenceContiene cinque macro incoming-call-to-extensions-sequence, per l'inoltro della chiamata au una sequenza di due, tre, quattro, cinque o sei interni. Queste inviano la chiamata ad un interno. Se non viene risposta dopo un certo intervallo di tempo, la chiamata viene inviata all'interno successivo. Se dopo l'ultimo interno della sequenza non è ancora stata risposta e l' Answering Machine è abilitato riproduce un messaggio ed invia la chiamata ad una mailbox. E' possibile utilizzare la musica in attesa al posto del normale tono di ringing e indicare un prefisso da aggiungere al nome/numero visualizzato dai telefoni |
